Returns:
We have a 30 day return policy, starting from the day you received the product. If more than 30 days have gone by since you've received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, depending on your item, it must be unused, unworn, or unwashed. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or are missing parts
- Any items that are returned more than 30 days after receipt

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 - 10 business days.
Please note that refunds may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process after issuing. If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us.

Items not eligible for a refund:
- DVDs
- Items that were bought on sale
- Exchanged items

Any "free with purchase" items are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Shipping:
To return your product, please mail your product to:  Titan Goods, Inc.     19964 Homestead Rd. Cupertino, CA 95014.  Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item that's valued at $75 or more, we highly recommend purchasing a tracking number and insurance. If an item has been shipped to us, but is without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee that a refund, replacement, or exchange can be made.
